Phase 1 — Inbound Workflow

Batch Registration

Record supplier details, product details, sample size, and expected quantity.

Bulk Scanning

Scan each safety net into the system quickly in batches.

Sample Scanning

Select representative sample nets for laboratory testing.

Lab Testing & AI Certificate Check

Upload test certificates and link them to the relevant safety nets. If a sample fails, the batch does not move forward.

Inventory Ready

Batch enters usable inventory. Nets are now available for deployment.

Phase 2

Site Setup

Create a construction site record with name, address, contact details, and BD reference number.

Deployment Creation

Choose the site and required quantity. Only approved safety nets are available for selection.

Net Assignment

Scan the exact safety nets being sent to the site. The system checks them before confirmation.
4

Final Confirmation

Confirm the deployment and lock the blockchain-backed record for future review.

4-Step Workflow

Site Setup -> Deployment Creation -> Net Assignment -> Final Confirmation

Blockchain-Backed Confirmation

Once confirmed, the deployment record is locked with blockchain-backed verification so it can be reviewed later with confidence.

QR Scan

Anyone can scan the QR code on any net. No login required.

View Full Lifecycle

The public page shows batch details, certificate status, site record, and verification status.

Download Certificate

Test certificates can be downloaded after the record is confirmed.
